2. Please make use of the garbage bags kept in the pantry as well as the washrooms with separate Wet and Dry waste for Specific Bins. It is required by law and attracts a penalty if mixed

3. Please feel free to make use of the board games for your entertainment. We request you to set them back once finished with.

4. We do have a Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Ironing Board and BBQ set on request.

5. Please do place remotes of TV’s and AC’s back in their holders as provided.

6. Please switch off all Lights, Fans, TV’s, AC’s and Geyser’s before leaving your room and common area.

7. We request you to follow instructions of the Kitchen Appliances pasted on, especially of the Coffee Tea Machine while operating, to prevent Malfunction.

8. We expect each guest to respect each other’s privacy with courtesy CCTV is installed in all common areas both inside and outside.

9. Please leave your Room Keys on the rack by the Entrance prior to check out.

10. Please ensure that the Main Door and Garden Gate are kept closed.

11. Please ensure you clean up after your Pet, and ensure there is no disturbance to any other guest.

12. Please do park your vehicle in an orderly manner on the bylane not obstructing traffic.

13. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum especially during quiet hours between 10 pm to 7 am.

14. Please do take care of your belongings as the Management is not responsible for any Loss or Damage to person or property.

DON’TS

1. Please DO NOT SMOKE inside your Room and in the Common areas inside the House.
There are Ashtrays near the Garden service area for the purpose. A fine of Rs. 2000 would be levied for non-compliance.

2. Consumption of Alcohol or other illegal substances are NOT permitted on the premises both inside the house and in the garden area
No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior approval and statutory obligations.
Permission for Alcohol consumption for get together on prior permission and Statutory Licence only.

3. Visitors of Guests are not allowed in the bedrooms Day or Night. Please make use of the Common area facilities.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Additional fees for additional guests may apply.

4. No Sound Box or Speakers are allowed except with prior permission and Statutory Licence.

5. Please DO NOT DISTURB of CREATE NUISANCE to other guests. You would be Liable for Penal action by the authorities.

6. Please DO NOT LITTER DAMAGE of DESTROY the facilities provided as Penalties for misuse will be imposed

7. Please do not eat or drink on the beds

8. Please DO NOT REMOVE any amenities or facilities provided from the Premise.
